Summary: Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the lovely property manager Rita who showed us around the house and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. She checked in frequently to make sure we were happy and even helped with a local restaurant reservation! The house is beautiful and spacious with incredible views of the ocean and a lovely pool. With a little more attention to detail this could be 5 star—certain storage areas in the kitchen and laundry rooms along with the backyard furniture need tidying and updating. Air conditioning is only in two bedrooms on the bottom floor so main space and upstairs bedrooms were quite hot. A nice breeze came in when windows were opened but so did lots of flies. The addition of a few screens would be a quick and comfortable fix. Overall, nice stay but needs some updates to match the price of the listing. A rental car is needed for access to the main town.
